Terms and Conditions

Clear and regular communication is required for custom items. I (Mads) am autistic and need comprehensive information in order to make items for customers, especially when there is a sentimental attachment. If I feel I cannot work with the information you have provided, we may decide to end the custom journey, at least until I am clear on how to move forward.

We reserve the right to reject custom requests if we do not have enough time to complete your request, if your request does not align with our values, or if you want us to copy another artist's work, among other reasons. Custom items may have a longer production time than made-to-order and ready-to-wear items. We will provide an estimate for production time based on the size, quantity and/or intricacy of the piece(s). Should you need your item(s) quicker than estimated, we may be able to rush your order for an additional fee. Please bear in mind that this may not always be possible.

Custom items are priced independently, taking into account material costs and the time spent designing and creating the items. The full cost of the custom item(s) is due on agreement before work can begin. The full cost of the custom order consists of a £10 custom fee per piece plus the value of the item(s). The £10 fee plus 20% of the item value form a non-refundable deposit; this deposit ensures that we are not left high and dry for material costs and time spent working on the item should the order be cancelled. Once an agreement has been made, a custom listing will be created on this website to allow you to pay for your custom item(s) and postage in one go, and receive a fulfilment email with your tracking number. Should there be unforeseen obstacles in the custom process (i.e. materials cannot be sourced), we may have to cancel your request and issue a full refund.

Custom designs are not exclusive and we reserve the right to reproduce designs for general sale. If you wish to retain exclusivity for your item(s), please include this request on your submission form or inform us via email as soon as possible. Requests are considered on a case by case basis. If we agree to grant exclusivity, this comes with an additional cost. We cannot grant exclusivity after payment has been made.

Simple component swaps, additions or removals to existing pieces, and chains longer than the listed options are not necessarily covered by this policy. Requests such as these are considered on a case by cases basis and we will inform you if your request falls under this policy. Custom enquiries are only currently open to customers in the UK.
